Support
ReelWorld AR works best in a safe, well-lit open area with a modern AR-capable iPhone. Never play near traffic, deep water, steep drops, or other hazards.
Email support@reelworldar.com and include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what you saw.
The water does not appear
Allow camera access, move to a brighter area, and slowly point the phone across a clear horizontal surface. Avoid blank reflective surfaces and very low light.
I cannot move the cast target
Touch and drag anywhere in the main aiming field. The target follows your thumb; the distance label shows the approximate cast range.
How do I find fish?
Look for bubbles, shadows, ripples, and visible surface activity. Place the target near activity before casting. Stronger activity can mark higher-quality water.
How do I change line depth?
Use the vertical control on the lower-right side. Swipe upward to let line out and fish deeper; swipe downward to bring line in.
How do I know a fish is biting?
A bite uses haptic, sound, bobber, and screen feedback. Lift the phone to set the hook when the strike arrives.
Why did the line break?
During a fight, avoid reeling continuously at dangerous tension. Let the fish run when tension rises, then resume reeling when it drops. Reach 100% reel progress to land the fish.
Location permission
Location helps choose a local fishing zone and species pool while the app is open. Skygarden does not receive or retain your location. If permission is denied, the app can use a generic demo zone.
Resetting local catches
Catch records are stored only on your device. Deleting and reinstalling ReelWorld AR removes those records.
